The Program:
Our programs are designed to help athletes achieve and maintain tangible results. Our programs are continuously updated with the help of world-renowned sports performance coaches whose backgrounds include coaching numerous elite and professional athletes, collegiate national champions, and All-Americans. Our programs are instrumental in improving speed, power and agility - the three pillars of athleticism.
At Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning (S.S.S.C.), the individual athlete will determine the size of the group. We offer personal, one-on-one sessions, as well as group sessions (not to exceed 4 in a group). We believe that training individually or in small groups allows more personal attention between the coach and athlete -- ensuring that each athlete is able to get the specific instructions they need to improve.
The Communication:
For student athletes, we will meet periodically with both the athlete and the parent to discuss progress and overall satisfaction with the program. This gives the parent an opportunity to better understand the program, what your athlete is experiencing and to appreciate the value of the program based upon the results.
We look forward to working with you and your athlete in building a true champion from the inside out.
